Webi’d recommend calling into video repair and they can schedule you an appointment or whatever department you need and they can probably schedule it for you in minutes. Sign into spectrum. net with your head of household or admin username and password. You would need to be home as the technician may need. Click on the “my account” tab. Webif you’ve received a notification with a link to schedule an appointment, select the link to be taken to spectrum. net and sign in to schedule your appointment.
