Webhonestly in my opinion petco is better than petsmart in terms of quality and employee friendliness. I rarely leave my shift without buying something for my animals so good luck 😅 but the discounts are worth it for me. Webit all depends on what you’re looking for. But if you’re looking for a job you can be. Webso yes, petco does care about the animals it sells, definitely. Where i am the customer base is better (petsmart is next to a walmart) and on a store level my. Webi am currently aquatics at petco and used to be pet care at petsmart. Additionally we get extra.
