Otf Lift 45
I wanted to see if anyone ever did a lift 45 and a regular otf class that same. Websep 25, 2023 · orangetheory fitness has an exciting solution called orangetheory lift 45. I was thinking of spacing out 3 regular otf days (mwf) and 2 lift 45 classes (t/th), but not sure if that. Webfor example, you do exercise x, y, & z for 45 seconds or a minute each, then have a minute of rest. Webhow do you guys balance between lift 45 classes and regular otf classes?
Template 1 will be offered twice a week and templates 2&3 offered once each. Repeat the exercises for a total of 3 rounds. Webour coach told us yesterday that each week there will be three different templates for the full body lift.
