Webi see no reason to use any other ki super over galick cannon for a female saiyan ki blast build. 40 in health, 42 in stamina, 125 each to strike and ki blast supers (without the 13 skill points from the additional levels). Meditation is used to gain the full 10 bars of ki and recover ki at a great rate.
